Our field of specialty also includes DIY (Do It Yourself) vinegar of different fruits, fruit mixture and vegetable types that caters to individual preferences and needs. All of these can be done easily base on the recommended steps using our base vinegar----Organic Brown Rice Vinegar that had been fermented naturally within controlled environment for about a year in Taiwan, Nantou.
